OBC offers a co-ed introduction to the game of basketball for kindergarten and 1st graders. This program is a 10 session program in which we introduce the fundamentals of the games and gradually bring the players to participate in a game atmosphere by the end of the 10 sessions.

Size of Ball : 27.5; HEIGHT OF BASKET TO BE ADJUSTED TO: 8.5 Feet
Time of Game : 2 Halves: 18 Minutes Per Half
Timeouts : None
Halftime : 2 Minutes Per Half
CLOCK/Overtime : NO SCORE KEPT AND NO OVERTIME
Defense: Can only play Zone Defense; No Press
Foul Shots : FOUL SHOTS only on shooting fouls; No clock stoppage
Line-Up players for foul shots
Foul Out : NO FOUL OUT
Lane Violations : NO LANE VIOLATIONS
Coaches:
Players : All Players must play at least one half and appear in the 1 st and 2 nd half
Defense : Can only play Zone Defense; No Press
Coaches : Can coach by beginning or end of bench
